Discover Your Hidden Beliefs

Discover Your Hidden Beliefs

You notice your sabotage only after you’ve done it.

You swear you’ll handle it differently next time, and then the same sequence runs again—just with a slightly better story about why it “made sense in the moment.”

Discover Your Hidden Beliefs will not tell you who you are, what you should value, or how you ought to live. It will give you something rarer and more usable: a way to map, in fine detail, the commitments you are already living by without realising it—so that any change-work you choose to do afterwards is based on what is actually there, not on wishful thinking or borrowed language.

Throughout the book you are not asked to “believe in” anything. You are asked to observe, describe, and test. You learn to treat your own internal responses the way you already treat a client’s: as data, as sequences, as evidence of a structure that makes sense when you finally see it.

At the back of the book you will find a substantial appendix of trigger phrases: thousands of positive and negative belief sentences that function as ready-made probes. You can read or listen to them for a few minutes a day and track which ones light up your physiology and emotions, building a personal lexicon of the beliefs that are actually active in you, not just the ones you think you have.
